Oma’s Kitchen offers handcrafted food products, snacks, seasonings, and limited membership-based prepared meal services made in small batches.
We make every effort to display products and product colors as accurately as possible; however, actual appearance may vary depending on device settings and screen displays.
Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and portions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products or services at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & PREORDERS
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or operational limitations.
Prepared meal subscriptions and frozen meal orders require approximately 4–7 days preorder notice to allow time for preparation, freezing, packaging, and shipment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once food preparation has begun, cancellation eligibility may be limited.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Shipping fees, taxes, and delivery charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you authorize Oma’s Kitchen to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently offer local delivery, pickup, and limited shipping within select California areas.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Prepared meals and frozen products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery or pickup. Oma’s Kitchen is not responsible for improper storage after delivery.
SECTION 6 – REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of our food products, refunds are only available for:
- Orders that arrive damaged or tampered with
- Orders canceled before preparation and dispatch
- Partial refunds on prepared but non-dispatched orders
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it becomes non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or tampered with.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details for refund review.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, fish, and other ingredients.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing. Oma’s Kitchen is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
