Purchase Order & Cancellation Policy
Some products and services offered by Oma’s Kitchen may be available as subscriptions, preorder items, or limited prepared meal services. This policy explains how these purchases may be changed, canceled, or refunded.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a membership or subscription from Oma’s Kitchen, you may receive recurring meal deliveries or scheduled prepared food services based on the membership tier selected.
Payment information is securely processed through our payment providers and may be charged automatically based on your subscription schedule unless canceled beforehand.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You may request to cancel or modify your subscription at any time before preparation or processing begins for your next scheduled order. Once food preparation has started, only partial refunds may be available.
Customers can manage subscription details through their order confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Preorders
Many prepared meals and frozen food products from Oma’s Kitchen operate on a preorder basis to allow time for preparation, freezing, packaging, and scheduling.
Preorder items may require full or partial payment before fulfillment.
Preorders may be canceled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, orders may only qualify for partial refunds. Orders that have already shipped or been delivered are non-refundable unless damaged or tampered with upon arrival.
Refunds & Damaged Orders
Refunds may be approved for:
- Orders canceled before preparation. - Partial refunds for prepared but non-dispatched orders
- Orders that arrive damaged or tampered with
Customers must contact Oma’s Kitchen within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details for review.
Prepared meals and frozen products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery or pickup. Oma’s Kitchen is not responsible for improper storage after delivery.
