Thank you for shopping with Oma’s Kitchen. We take pride in preparing small-batch meals, snacks, and seasonings with care to maintain freshness and quality.
Processing Time
Prepared meals and frozen subscription orders require approximately 4–7 days processing and preorder time before shipment or delivery. Dry products and snacks may ship sooner depending on availability.
Shipping Areas for cooked meals
We currently offer:
- Local delivery
- Pickup
- Limited shipping within select California areas

Packaging
Prepared meals are carefully vacuum sealed and frozen before shipment to help maintain freshness during transit. Frozen items may be packaged with insulated materials or cooling packs depending on the order type and shipping distance.
Delivery Times
Delivery and shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Oma’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
Food Storage Responsibility
Customers are responsible for refrigerating or freezing products immediately upon delivery or pickup. Oma’s Kitchen is not liable for product damage resulting from delayed retrieval or improper storage after delivery.
Damaged or Tampered Orders
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review and assist you promptly.
Local Delivery & Pickup
Local delivery and pickup options may be available during checkout based on your location. Delivery windows and pickup instructions will be communicated after order confirmation.
