Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our food products, refunds are only available for:
- Orders that arrive tampered with or damaged
- Orders canceled before preparation and dispatch
- Partial refunds on orders already prepared but not yet dispatched
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it becomes non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or tampered with.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review and assist you promptly.
